Param Sundari is a heartwarming romantic comedy set against the beautiful backwaters of Kerala. The story follows Param Sachdev (Siddharth ), a wealthy and somewhat brash young man from Delhi, who decides to invest in a cutting-edge dating app that claims to find perfect soulmates using AI. To prove the app's worth to his skeptical father, Param travels to Kerala, where the app matches him with Sundari( Janhvi Kapoor), a strong, independent homestay owner living with her sister and uncle.

Despite their very different cultures and personalities, Param and Sundari begin to spend time together, slowly warming up to each other. However, their budding romance faces a major obstacle when Sundari's uncle reveals that she is expected to marry her childhood friend, Venu, a doctor who has just returned from abroad. Adding to the tension, Sundari is initially upset to learn that Param's visit is part of a business experiment rather than a genuine romantic pursuit.
